Why can't we set the wakeup time like the mac version?

Also, how in the world do you stop it from auto starting?

Because Michael ("herf") put it in the Mac version first. It's possible that it will be in the next release for Windows, but I don't know when that will be.
The only way to control whether it starts with Windows that I know of is by making a change in the Registry. Would you be up to it?
