Was recently hired to a new job and they have me working on a laptop that's hooked to dual monitors. F.lux works on the laptop screen but isn't translating to the two monitors. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have the same problem, and after doing a bit of research I found out it was because I was connecting to the other monitors through a USB display adapter. Apparently, most blue light filters don't play nice with these sorts of connections.

Sorry that I don't have a better answer, but maybe somebody else will have found a solution.

@knewgard what video cable or connection interface (USB, DVI, Displayport) are you using to connect the displays?
