f.lux steals focus

It appears that f.lux when starting up steals the focus on Windows 10. If I have another application open immediately after logging in, for several seconds I can't type while the display color is adjusting. Once this finishes, I can click in the app's window and start typing. Other than this, it's been trouble free.
