I wonder, which was is more effective? A software or a featur of operating system? Or is it more useful to use glasses with orange filter?
It does depend on how the design of the OS implementation works. If Microsoft designs it in such a way as to not interfere with nVidia's settings (or even if nVidia makes their settings compatible with the feature in a future driver), then the deal is pretty much sealed for me - I'd use the one they are building for Windows, because current screenshots indicate that you can set a custom schedule - which, quite frankly, is all I ever wanted from f.lux.
Custom schedule is quite a cool feature but I'm more interesting about the health side of this feature. Does it have a healthier effect to eyes than f.lux etc.
