<![CDATA[f.lux beta 39.9]]>Hi everyone - this is now the main download.

It has a bunch of internal changes, and also:

  • Prompts when you change timezones
  • A "far from the equator" preset for northerly latitudes
  • A curve indicating when you're likely to be sensitive to light
  • Dark mode is back
  • Better transition timing
  • 39.8 fixes a crash
  • 39.92-93 fix some issues with touchbar mac
  • 39.94 fixes an issue with Darkroom on 10.12.4

For those who care, we finally moved to ARC and had to cleanup some resulting crashes. Think we got 'em.

It has been reported to Apple nearly two years ago.

Right now, in black areas it becomes like speckled black. It has created issues with text, and pretty much anything that is usually black. Not sure if this is an individual problem or a general one. I was typing in a document and then all of a sudden this occurred and rendered darkroom useless for what I use it for, work at night.

Also, any thoughts about making the "About" window a more standard OS X window in this style? Otherwise, 39.9 is more reliable on MBP 11,3 OS X 10.9.5.

Tiny detail, but on 39.8 beta running on OS X 10.9.5, there is an extra section in the menu that shouldn't be there.
