Flickering with dual monitors on Windows 10

I can't get rid of a flicker on my monitor, no matter what tips from the FAQ I try.

Every 20-30 seconds the display color switches to 6500k and then quickly back to the correct color.

I'm on Windows 10 (1607 Update) with a GTX1070 (newest Nvidia Driver v.376.33).
My two monitors are 1080p @144Hz and 1440p @60Hz.

I already tried disabling the DDC/CI option on both monitors, and also running the 144Hz one at 60Hz.

I hope there's a fix, since I really like f.lux and would hate not to be able to use it!
