Recently I got a notification in my windows 10 action center about enabling blue light reduction and I clicked enable and now my screen is transitioning between blue and flux orange almost like the sunset preset.

Turn off the Windows 10 Blue Light Reduction feature.

@TwoCables I don't have the feature to do so, I've tried a few guides off the internet, but it seems I'm missing the blue light setting all together, what to do in this case, now? Please help!

Hmm. I probably looked at the same guides you did in preparation for possibly trying to show you how to disable it. I don't have Windows 10.

Do you see pretty much the same guides you looked at here? https://classic.startpage.com/do/search?q=how+to+disable+windows+10+blue+light+reduction

Do any of the ones you haven't looked at yet help at all?

None have help, I could run into a serious issue, the screen could burn out.

It's just producing a different color. It won't burn out.

@TwoCables it only happens when transitioning to sunset preset after the sun has gone down at night. Otherwise it's fine.

So it's blinking back and forth at that time, like Windows 10 and f.lux are kind of fighting each other?

@TwoCables like fast transitioning between the two, so exactly like they are fighting.

@Syphon I haven't done all my updates in Windows 10--used group policy for the Pro version and got it back to standard functionality since the year 2000. So, anyway, I'll do pending updates maybe in a week or so, but I don't think this feature has been released yet.

If you can figure out which update it was, then perhaps you can uninstall it. The only thing is, I don't know how to prevent it from installing again.
