I find myself working late and reaching for the "Disable" options often. For my own record-keeping of when I'm staying up to work, it would be convenient if there was a log of these "Disable" events that I can reference later.

More generally, if it's possible to create/retrieve a log of temperature changes, maybe others would find this useful as well.
