Please make "start with window" optional

currently flux is necessarily starting with windows start.
there is no install option nor any runtime preferences to prevent it from automatically starting with window.
We have to manually disable that and manually delete startup option.
I prefer to manually start it later.
Please give that as an option so that we can turn it off to reduce startup sudden load on cpu.

The problem is - I have manually turned it off from starting at boot time, but when I reinstall flux due to my problem of "missing systray icon (due to ccenhancer)", it again starts at window boot up, and I have to manually handle that again and again.

Task Manager > Startup is the best way for now, because you can actually turn it back on that way.
