f.lux and touchscreens

I use a SurfacePro3 and would love to use f.lux on it, but it screws with the touchscreen functionality. If f.lux is running often any touch input will jump you to the desktop out of any app you have open at that moment. This happens kind of randomly but with decent frequence that it is too annoying for me to use f.lux. Hope this can get patched soon
