F.lux flickers only in Chrome

For the most part, the 3.11 patch fixed most of the errors that were occurring after the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. However, when using Chrome, the same flickering problem still persists. Does anyone have any fixes to this?
PC Specs:
Lenovo Yoga 700 14-ISK
Intel i5-6200U
8GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics
Built-in monitor

Edit: the flickering also persists when pressing buttons in Microsoft Word 2016

I'm also having this problem - I don't use Chrome, but it flickers whenever I press the mouse or arrow keys in Word
