I would like Flux to automatically disable when playing full-screen games

I love Flux, but it affects some of the games that I play. These are full-screen, DirectX or OpenGL applications. I would like it if Flux had an option to defect these applications and disable itself until the applications closes and then enable itself again.

For me is exactly the opposite:
I've been playing a lot Diablo3 at night and for some reason it seems Blizzard is disabling flux.

Would it be possible for you to add an option if flux so the user can select if it wants to allow apps to disable or enable flux ?
Or perhaps like an option to blacklist / whitelist apps that can override flux, is this making sense ?
