Windows 10 Anniversary Update flux issue

Whenever I press ALT + Pagedown after the sun has set (at around 22:00 to be precise) the screen does dim but it disables the orange filter as well.

I have the opposite issue, my orange filter is fine but the screen doesn't dim since the update. I have issues with some other hotkeys as well, like custom hotkeys for shortcuts on my desktop.

Updating seems to reset "expand range" - look in the "Lighting at Night" menu and click "Expand range" again.
