In win 7 I can't get the sliders to adjust temperature, they don't move for day or not. Holding down ctrl doesn't work, alt+pgup/down does work but I'd rather use the slider. Maybe its just me but it seems like it flickers when I use the hot key to adjust. I've tried to expand range then restart but still no change.

It sounds to me like you have something else that's overriding f.lux.

Perhaps, but if so I would at least expect the sliders to move then revert. F.lux is able to change the color temp ok at night, and back during the day I just can't adjust what the day change is via sliders.

No, when something overrides f.lux, it just overrides it. The sliders don't get returned to previous positions.

I'm glad it's working now though. Post again in this thread if it stops working again.
