@TwoCables I'd actually like you to do that, so I'll go first.

Games that use desktop gamma in windowed mode:

      • Rocket League
      • World of Tanks
      • Wow
      • Halo Custom / Combat
      • World of Goo
      • Audiosurf
      • Race the Sun
      • Flat out 2 (and others)
      • Dirt 2 (and others)
      • Crysis
      • FarCry
      • Titan game (EA)
      • Need For Speed 2010 and Shift.
      • Any Valve game
        Etc.

I'm very interested to learn what games don't use desktop color when windowed.

I'm not going to do that. I have way too many games to do it. Besides, I don't need to go through it. It's not like I have a reputation for lying or for making stuff up.

I also don't see how it's going to help to learn what games still override f.lux in Windowed Mode. The whole point is, some games still override it, so you can't just say that it works for ALL games.

@TechPlayer12341 btw it works. Playing on windows or windowed full screen mode make s flux work with it. Thanks for the help.

You ARE making stuff up. Upgrade from F.lux 3 to F.lux 4 made World of Warcraft ignore desktop gamma while in fullscreen

No, I don't make stuff up. I state facts as I know them. What you're experiencing here has absolutely nothing to do with anything I have ever said. I am just another user. I don't appreciate that you are blaming me for this problem. What do you want me to do or say about it? Talk to the developer. Don't blame your fellow users. I find your post to be in very poor taste and I take it as a personal attack that isn't justified in the least bit.

I'd love to help you fix the problem, but all I would be able to do is tell you to make sure "Disable for full screen apps" is not enabled, and I can't imagine you haven't tried this already.

Don't fire back another rude or offensive post because again, I'm just another f.lux user. Don't hold me responsible for any problems you're experiencing. Ok?

So you want to try to start a fight over it? Talk to the developer about this. I'm not interested in dealing with a personal attack.

Seriously? Look at the post directly above mine. You should have scrolled up to see which post started this thread necro before directing your attack at me. Besides, you don't own this forum and you're not even a moderator! So why do you care?

Who else wants to attack me? Good lord.

@TwoCables Calm down. I mean I'm shocked at what happened earlier today. I created this post one year ago and suddenly I see a fight here. It just astounded me. That's it.

Are you sure that's all it was? Can you see how your post looks?

"WTF" is extremely strong, and you're accusing me of bringing this thread back to life while also questioning me about it. I took offense and felt as though you attacked me, and the first thing I see is "Calm down". Sigh. Starting off with "calm down" in situations like this usually makes things worse. Do you like being told to calm down when you're taking offense to something or when you felt like you were just attacked?

Look, if you want to attack someone for bringing this thread back to life, then attack Alex. All I did was reply to his post, which was directed at me.

@TwoCables OK. I'm sorry, I really didn't mean it. I also didn't mean to @ you and say that. That was also a mistake. I just wanted to ask everybody. I'm sorry for that.

I'm sorry too, but I had to be sure it was clear how it came across to me. But rest assured, it's all good and we're alright.
