Monitor flicker

Hey flux, absolutely love and depend on your client until recently, went through your faq but couldn't find a solution to my issue.
I messed around with my vx-t and my monitors suddenly started to flicker. Reverted the stuff but the problem persisted
Tried to add specs and the vx-t guide I followed but was flagged as spam when doing so. Do ask me if you need....
Sooo grateful if you could offer a solution since there appears to be no program like yours

@entity vx-t is Intel Virtualization right? Something like that? I doubt that would have an effect. What would really help is knowing built in GPU and discrete GPU (Intel and Nvidia seem to be common.

I don't know how to check discrete graphics, or if I even have it, using a Lenovo T430 laptop. Btw there's no problem with flux when I disconnect from the docking station

Oh, yeah it's extremely confusing, Nvidia graphics CAN be onboard, which I actually still don't understand at all, as to how that does anything. (Is it a system on a chip in the motherboard?) Anyway, you're right you most likely have 100% onboard graphics, so now I actually have no idea if it's possible to use "one or the other" meaning "Nvidia or Intel" whatever the difference is there, if there is a difference. I tell ya what, go to Nvidia.com and see what you can do for updating the drivers, maybe it'll find something and do the trick. Let me know if you need help.

I downloaded an update utility each from Intel an Nvidia, Intel being the only one to suggest an update; Nvidia didn't seem to recognize any component. The problem persisted after updating the Intel driver, but I did not think of restarting so that might have been the reason why it suddenly kicked in a couple days later. At least I cannot think of another reason.
In any case massive thanks for you support!

If all else fails, just reset your bios settings. You don't have to do anything fancy, just choose the reset to default option.
