    I've noticed that F.lux doesn't seem to play too well with games, as it can affect gameplay by causing FPS drops. So I'm thinking that there should be a feature where a program automatically disables F.lux temporarily for the duration of the play session, while still working on different, non-blacklisted programs.

    Thanks for that suggestion, it's a feature similar to what we have now in the Mac version. We always recommend checking for updates to your video drivers (sometimes stuttering bugs are helped with new drivers).
