F.lux causes BSOD on W10

Yesterday, i installed f.lux on my Dell Inspiron 11 with Windows 10 Insider.
When it was installed, i activated the administrator rights for F.lux, and shut down my PC.
Today, when i booted, the screen goed black and then shows a BSOD, with a graphical error: video scheduler internal error.
Please help me, i cant even boot my PC.
@sebadinator Reboot in safe mode - then you can uninstall f.lux. I'd love to know more about your video drivers.
