      Using beta version 19.0 on Nexus 5 with Tegra drivers. 9 AM, 7 AM wakeup, but it never left candle mode. Had to switch off and on again to reset.

      Also, noticed that turning darkroom on and off right away has a very long delay. It makes it look like the switch isn't working.

          @lorna Thanks!

          Installed, ok.
          Tried to open, screen went black, and stayed that way. Couldn't task out, or go to home. Locked, unlocked, same deal. Turned off by holding power and volume down. Rebooted. Then it was ok for a minute. Then it went black again. Now I have to somehow remove it within those first few seconds after reboot. Will try to reinstall and see what happens.

            Yikes, did you uninstall the old one first? They do have the same bundle name, which could cause problems. We're looking at this right now.

              @lorna Just uninstalled a reinstalled. Changed daytime to fluorescent. Flickered a lot, and then dimmed. Turned off fluorescent, and it went black again, now I have to reboot. I think this problem happens during transitions.

              I'll adb log it next time.

                  OK, this is fixed, thank you very much. We are rolling 22 to the private beta right now.

                    Hmm.. went black, but came back after a minute or two. Only error in the log:

                    03-15 17:13:28.334   200   200 E SELinux : avc:  denied  { find } for service=SurfaceFlinger scontext=u:r:init:s0 tcontext=u:object_r:surfaceflinger_service:s0 tclass=service_manager

                    Started the app, turned on fluorescent, dimmed ok, no flicker. Turned off and it went black, and stayed. Several locks later, it's still stuck. Here are logs from app start:

                    No errors.. nothing unusual, just a black screen. I've left in some unrelated processes. Rebooting and uninstalling for now. Let me know if I can be of any help. I love your OSX and IOS apps; so glad you're trying to get this onto android.

                        @gamut Nexus 5 has a qualcomm/adreno, so I don't think it should work with Tegra -- are you seeing a result? If you select Tegra, it should turn the screen back to normal first.

                        (Sorry for including this driver menu, wish we could auto-detect it all.)

                          @herf yup, worked fine until update to 21. It just wasn't going back to normal in the morning.

                              @lorna @herf Yes, no longer seeing any issues with 22. Will leave it at compositor and see if it turns off in the morning.
