Display update slowness during initial warmth fade-in upon reboot
-
Hi there! I've noticed that while F.lux is initially applying its effect when my computer is first booting up, the display seems to update much more slowly (I can see the mouse 'skip' if I move it around), and windows themselves don't update for several seconds until the fade-in is complete. I use an SSD so programs get up and running quickly, but it's hard to interact with them during f.lux's fade-in period, since I can't see if my passwords are being typed in, clicks are being accepted, etc. I'm on an ASUS G750JM notebook, with an Optimus dual-GPU setup (Intel HD Graphics 4600+NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M). Is it possible to make this initial fade-in period instantaneous/faster (or add an option to do so)?
For reference, I'm using Intel driver 10.18.10.4252 and Nvidia driver 10.18.13.6451 (364.51).

The issue might have something to do with recent drivers, but it has not been identified yet.
