    F.lux doesn't work on Mint 17.3

      It installed fine but when I click on icon in the panel Preferences doesn't work. Other options work.
      Any idea how to fix it?

        @invex use the xflux at the bottom of the page, standalone.

          hi!
          i had the same phenomena. i then removed fluxgui and installed it again. then everything works as expected.

            I have same issue as this with it not working on Linux Mint, using xflux doesn't seem to work at all. It says it's working, but it's not doing anything at all to change the color temperature of the screen.

              hi!
              i really wanted to use f.lux also on my linux boxes .. but the more feature-complete "redshift" made my switch a no-brainer ...
