Wrong sunrise hour for my location

On my windows desktop pc, flux currently seem to think the sunrise is at 12:00. The location in flux is correct, and the date on my computer is also correct, bonus: the sun never rise that late in my location. I also have a mac and everything's fine on it with the same location and all.

My sunrise time is way off from actual sunrise. I don't see an option to change or check timezone, where can I find this?
