What is the difference between having your computer screen tinted vs wearing tinted glasses on eye strain and light sensitivity? I have tried both f.lux (https://justgetflux.com/) for tinting my screen and Axon Optics (https://www.axonoptics.com/) for tinted glasses...is there a difference? Can/should I use both at the same time? TIA.

I've had two in the past, but lost both of them. I'll just get 3 of each, the smaller kind, and the really big ones, even though they don't fit over even my thin edged glasses. My new glasses are much thicker on the edges, I guess for durability.

The larger UVEX model does seem to block slightly more blue and green, and when you combine BOTH of them together, they work even better.

f.lux works automatically (so the timing is consistent every night and you don't forget). We think this is especially important.
