      As I've written in the summanry - f.lux fhashes after I disconnect my secondary display. It looks like if it is switching off for a moment and then again turning on.
      I'm aware it's not very important issue, but it still bothers me.

      I'm running OS X 10.11.2 (El Capitan)

        Do you have a dual GPU machine? Any chance it's happening on one or the other card? You can use gfx.io to test.

          I get the same thing on my MacBook Air, the only difference is that it doesn't bother me. A good solution would be to look away while disconnecting the display, and pretend that it doesn't happen. :-)

            @lorna I've got MBP 15'' from 2015, the version without extended GPU.
