Downloaded fil isn´t flux

I´m a bit astonished....
After installing Xcode, downloading the zip file an looking for the right name...I really managed to make an app.But after building the app an moving ist ti the iPhone... a jetplane is shown, that is in an 3D mode, and I can change the color of the plane...nothing else.
What went wrong?
